Strengthen & Stretch • Register • View Cart •

Take care of your body by learning to safely and efficiently strengthen and stretch your muscles for long-term physical health while the Low Impact Cardio/Sculpt class is off for the summer. The class will be held in the Group Fitness Room and led by a certified personal trainer. We will focus on proper technique and safety. Please bring an exercise mat or towel for floor work (there are a few in the room you can use); 1-3 pound hand weights are optional. FREE TO THE PUBLIC.
NOTE: If you miss one week without any communication to the instructor, you will be removed from the roster!
