The SilverSneakers® Fitness program is an innovative program offered through participating health plans that gives you the freedom to get fit your way™.

SilverSneakers® Classic: Move through exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion, and activities for daily living. Weights, tubing and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. Fees: $5 per quarter. If you are an eligible Silver Sneakers participant, the $5 class fee will be refunded.
 
SilverSneakers® Splash: Enjoy aquatic exercise with this shallow-water class to increase strength and cardiovascular endurance. A Splash kickboard provides resistance and flotation assistance. This class is suitable for all skill levels including non-swimmers. Fees: $5 per quarter. If you are an eligible Silver Sneakers participant, the $5 class fee will be refunded.
 
SilverSneakers Stability®: Focused on improving balance and lower body strength, Stability is designed to decrease the risk of falls. This standing class uses chair support and a variety of training techniques to advance muscular endurance, cognition and skills for fall prevention. This class is mostly standing.  Fees: $5 per quarter. If you are an eligible Silver Sneakers participant, the $5 class fee will be refunded.


Refund Policy: All refunds will be reviewed and approved by the Community Programs Coordinator. In order to receive a refund your spot must be filled by someone on the waitlist.

If you miss three classes in a row without any communication to the instructor you will be removed from the roster.
