The SilverSneakers® Fitness program is an innovative program offered through participating health plans that gives you the freedom to get fit your way™.

Silver Sneakers Classic: Move to music and have fun while exercising to increase muscle strength, range of movement, and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, bands, and a ball are used for resistance. A chair is used for seated exercises and standing support. 

SPLASH!: A fun, shallow-water exercise class that uses a signature splash-board to increase movement and intensity options.Splash is suitable for all skill levels and is safe for non-swimmers. The pool provides many benefits when used for aerobic exercise and resistance training. 

Refund Policy: All refunds will be reviewed and approved by the Community Programs Coordinator. In order to receive a refund your spot must be filled by someone on the waitlist.

If you miss three classes in a row without any communication to the instructor you will be removed from the roster.
