Line dancing and cardio for an hour and 15 minutes! Have fun laughing and moving your body at the same time. Come out and join us for some great cardio Dancing With Gwen. This is a 1.5 hour class that will certainly get your heart racing. We teach all styles of line dancing and we have a great time while doing so. $10/class or $30/month.
