The class is designed to help prepare parents for any kind of birth, including home birth, unmedicated hospital birth, birth with an epidural, or cesarean section, with an emphasis on building skills for those who are trying for or considering a natural or low-intervention birth. Childbirth classes are qualified expenses for your medical Flexible Spending Account, and some insurance policies will reimburse for them. $350 per couple.
