Be FAB (Flexible and Balanced) - Feel better and more confident by improving your balance and flexibility safely for long-term physical health. This class is led by a certified personal trainer and focuses on proper technique and safety. Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely and well-fitting athletic shoes. Bring an exercise mat or towel for floor work. Exercise modifications can be made if needed. You are encouraged to come at least three (3) days each week for best results. FREE.
NOTE: If this class is full and you miss 1 week without any communication to the instructor, you will be deregistered so others may register.
