Be FAB (Flexible and Balanced) - Feel better and more confident by improving your balance and stretching your muscles safely for long-term physical health. This class is led by a certified personal trainer and focuses on proper technique and safety. Please bring an exercise mat or towel for floor work. Exercise modifications can be made, including sitting in a chair for floor work, if needed. You are encouraged to come as many days as you can each week for the best results. FREE.
NOTE: If you miss one week without any communication to the instructor, you will be removed from the roster!
