The last Saturday in April brings music, fine arts, arts and crafts, food, children's activities and lots of fun and excitement to beautiful Kiesel Park, nestled in Auburn, Alabama. If you would like to participate in Auburn CityFest as a vendor please complete the appropriate application below.
Vendors will be automatically added to a wait list before being accepted. Accepted vendors will be moved off of the wait list and all fees will be applied to your account. You will have 48 hours to pay your vendor fees. Vendor fees not paid within 48 hours will result in a canceled application.
A photograph of a sample of products being sold must be emailed to Ann Bergman at abergman@auburnalabama.org or mailed to/dropped off at the Harris Center (425 Perry Street, Auburn, AL, 36830) in order for your application to be accepted. You must resubmit photos even if they have been submitted in the past. Photos will not be returned.

Vendors are encouraged to set-up on Friday, April 25, 2025 from Noon-6 p.m. Overnight security will be provided: however, we will assume no responsibility for theft or damage. No vendor is be allowed to set up prior to noon on Friday.
Saturday, April 26, 2025
Vendors may also set up on Saturday, April 26, 2025 beginning at 6 a.m. No one will be allowed to enter the park prior to 6 a.m. on Saturday. Set up must be completed by 8 a.m. and all vehicles must be moved to the parking area. If you have an accessible hang tag, or are in need of assistance returning to your booth, please alert festival staff. If you are late to the park, you will not be allowed in the park and there will be no refunds. Break down must not begin until 4 p.m. This will be strictly enforced.
