Are you looking for a new place to work out? In keeping with popular New Year traditions, Active Auburn is offering a free week-long membership to the fitness centers at Lake Wilmore Park Recreation Center, Frank Brown Recreation Center and Boykin Community Center so Auburn residents can start getting active! Membership fees vary; however, during Fit Week we are offering a FREE membership trial. In order to participate you must register below and show your registration receipt upon arrival to any of the fitness centers. FREE to Auburn residents.
Fit Week Only! Sample fitness classes and join a new activity! Have you ever considered taking a fitness class but you weren't sure if you'd like it? During fit week, our instructors invite you to join their class and try it out! Please note, you must be registered for fit week. Once registered, you will receive a password to sample classes for free.

Auburn Pump: Sculpt your whole body in this high-energy barbell workout! Inspired by the popular BodyPump format. Offered Sundays & Thursdays
Cardio Hip Hop: A full body, high-energy fitness class that combines dance moves with aerobic exercise, all set to popular hip-hop music. Offered Wednesdays
Group Fitness Pilates: Full body workout to strengthen the core, improve flexibility, mobility, and posture. Offered Tuesdays & Thursdays
Tai Chi: A low-impact exercise using stillness and smooth movement. This gentle form of exercise focuses on body position, relaxation and can help maintain strength, flexibility, and balance. Offered Wednesdays & Thursdays
