The last Saturday in April brings music, fine arts, arts and crafts, food, children's activities and lots of fun and excitement to beautiful Kiesel Park, nestled in Auburn, Alabama. If you would like to participate in Auburn CityFest as a sponsor please complete the appropriate application below.
Potential sponsors will be automatically added to a wait list before being accepted. Accepted sponsors will be moved off of the wait list and all fees will be applied to your account. You will have 48 hours to pay your sponsorship fees. Sponsorship fees not paid within 48 hours will result in a canceled application.
Sponsorship applications must be submitted by Sunday, March 31, 2024.
Sponsorship Levels
Patron Sponsor - $500
*Publicity in local/regional print and online media, radio ads/remotes and through the City of Auburn's social media channels.
*Company logo featured in Auburn CityFest program.
*Company logo included and linked on auburncityfest.com through December 31 of calendar year of sponsorship.
*Company logo featured on sponsor board/banner at festival entrances. Minimum of two (2).
*Two (2) festival t-shirts.
Official Sponsor - $1,000
*Publicity in local/regional print and online media, radio ads/remotes and through the City of Auburn's social media channels.
*Company logo featured in Auburn CityFest program.
*Company logo included on Auburn CityFest festival t-shirt.
*Company logo featured in full page ad featuring Auburn CityFest in Opelika-Auburn News. *Company logo featured in Auburn CityFest commercial.
*Company logo included and linked on auburncityfest.com through December 31 of calendar year of sponsorship.
*Company logo featured on sponsor board/banner at festival entrances. Minimum of two (2).
*12' x 12' area to set up tent, tables and chairs the day of the festival . One (1) tent and up to two (2) tables and four (4) chairs provided by Auburn CityFest.
*Four (4) festival t-shirts.
Community Sponsor - $5,000 - Only One Available
*Recognition in all Auburn CityFest press releases as a Community/Co-Sponsor
*Publicity in local/regional print and online media, radio ads/remotes and through the City of Auburn's social media channels.
*Company logo featured in Auburn CityFest program.
*Company logo featured on Auburn CityFest festival t-shirt.
*Company logo featured in all advertisements featured in Opelika-Auburn News.
*Feature in all radio advertisements.
*Company logo featured in Auburn CityFest commercial as Community/Co-Sponsor.
*Company logo included and linked on auburncityfest.com through December 31 of calendar of sponsorship.
*Company logo featured on sponsor board/banner at festival entrances. Minimum of two (2).
*24 X 24 area to set up tent, tables and chairs the day of the festival .One (1) tent and up to two (2) tables and four (4) chairs provided by Auburn CityFest.
*Six (6) festival t-shirts.

Festival Schedule
Friday, April 26, 2024
Sponsors are encouraged to set-up on Friday, April 26, 2024 from Noon-6 p.m. Overnight security will be provided: however, we will assume no responsibility for theft or damage. No sponsor is allowed to set up prior to noon on Friday.
Saturday, April 27, 2024
Sponsors may also set up on Saturday, April 27, 2024 beginning at 6 a.m. No one will be allowed to enter the park prior to 6 a.m. on Saturday. Set up must be completed by 8:30 a.m. and all vehicles must be moved to the parking area. If you have an accessible hang tag, or are in need of assistance returning to your booth, please alert festival staff. If you are late to the park, you will not be allowed in the park and there will be no refunds. Break down must not begin until 4 p.m. This will be strictly enforced.
