2025 24th Annual Juried Art Exhibition Presented by the Auburn Arts Association (AAA)
September 22 – October 31A competitive exhibition featuring works by area artists and craftspersons. A public reception and award presentation will be held during the exhibition.
Works may be two or three dimensional, in any art medium. Photography and digital works are not eligible for entry.
All 2-D works must be framed. Works on paper must be matted or mounted and frames. Frames should have Plexiglas (no glass) and be correctly wired for hanging. Canvas works must be gallery wrapped. Free-hanging wall pieces and unframed works must have appropriate hanging means.
Registration via MyRec is required, and works submitted for judging may be hand-delivered to the Arts Center on Thursday, Sept. 11 and Friday, Sept. 12 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The entry fee is $35.00. Works may be listed for sale. Please note, not all entries may be accepted for inclusion.
Artist's Harvest Galllery Show and Patio Sale
October 9th from 5:30 - 8 p.m.Join us for the Artist’s Harvest Gallery II Exhibition Reception and Fall-Themed Patio Market on October 9th! Our Gallery II Exhibition is open to all local artists and all art medias and is free to enter. This exhibition will be on display from October 1st to November 4th. Registration via MyRec is required, and entries must be delivered between 9/1 – 9/19.
To be a vendor at the October 9th patio market participants must be a current practicing artist at the Jan Dempsey Community Arts Center. This can include, Ceramics Independent Studio, Open Studio, Auburn Arts Association members and class instructors. All 3-D wall pieces must have adequate hanging means. Labels attached to the work should include name, address, phone, email, title and price if for sale. Entries may be dropped off at the Jan Dempsey Community Arts Center (222 E. Drake Ave.) on Monday, Sept. 1 – Friday, Sept. 19th between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. There is no entry fee.
