Retro-Step Aerobics Register View Cart

This updated Step class is for those who want a low impact option with the benefits of a high intensity workout. Retro-Step is an athletic workout that will boost your cardiovascular health, strengthen your legs, core, and upper body. In addition to improving your overall fitness, your brain will get a workout too! Rather than counting sets and reps, you will be motivated by the music, instructor and other participants. The instructor has over 25 years of experience and will offer modifications for all fitness levels. By increasing or decreasing the height of your step, you can personalize your intensity. The 60-minute class will include a 5–10-minute warm-up, 35–40-minute workout followed by an 8–10-minute cool down with stretching. $10/class if pre-registered, or $12 drop-in fee.
