Water aerobics is a great way to move your body without having as much pressure on your joints due to buoyancy. In the classes offered you can expect to be at least chest deep in the water. Please look at the descriptions below for information on each class.

Splish and Splash Water Aerobics is an energetic, low-impact workout designed for all fitness levels to increase strength, improve cardiovascular health, and burn calories using natural water resistance. This fun, high-intensity class features music-driven routines with movements like water jogging, kicks and specialized toning equipment.

Aqua Stride & Glide
Aqua Stride & Glide is a fun, low-impact 45-minute water walking class designed to get your heart pumping without stressing your joints. Move through a mix of forward, backward, and side walking drills, plus simple intervals that build strength, balance, and endurance. Perfect for all fitness levels, this class uses the natural resistance of water to help you tone up, burn calories, and leave feeling refreshed and energized.

Ai Chi
Ai Chi is a gentle, water-based movement exercise that combines deep breathing with slow, flowing movements inspired by Tai Chi and Qi Gong. Practiced in chest high water, it promotes relaxation, balance, flexibility, and stress reduction.
Developed over 30 years ago, Ai Chi is supported by a growing body of scientific research showing benefits for balance, mobility, pain reduction, and overall well-being.
This class is inclusive of all body types, fitness levels, and health conditions. The low-impact, supportive environment of the water allows participants to move comfortably and safely at their own pace.
