Water Aerobics

Did you know that when you are submerged in water, you can experience up to 80% weightlessness? 

Water aerobics is a great way to move your body without having as much pressure on your joints due to buoyancy. In the classes offered you can expect to be at least chest deep in the water. Please look at the descriptions below for information on each class.

Water Walking workout is easy to do and fun for everyone. You may not be able to walk on the water, but you can definitely walk in the water! We will work on posture, stability, and general strength. 

Aqua Tone and Stretch is for those who are comfortable jumping and floating in the water. Increase muscle definition, burn calories, improve flexibility as well as feel better overall. Leave feeling refreshed, stretched and energized. 

Be sure to check in at the front desk or pool desk before attending your class.
