Water aerobics is a great way to move your body without having as much pressure on your joints due to buoyancy. In the classes offered you can expect to be at least chest deep in the water. Please look at the descriptions below for information on each class.

Water Aerobics is a low impact form of exercise that combines aerobic movements with resistance from the water. These classes can improve cardiovascular fitness, strength, flexibility and balance. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels - it may just be the perfect class for you!
