Muscle Matters

Constant resistance (weight) machines provide a safe and effective way to improve muscle mass, increase bone density, build strength, and enhance overall fitness. Enjoy a fun and motivating environment for adults 19 and up, and all fitness levels. While these sessions are not formal training, a personal trainer is available to answer quick questions and provide guidance. FREE with Fitness Center membership or visitor pass.

Registration is not required - Activity meets Mondays and Wednesdays from 2pm to 3pm at the FBRC Strength Training area.
