Muscle Matters

Constant resistance (weight) machines provide a safe and effective way to improve muscle mass, increase bone density, build strength, and enhance overall fitness. Enjoy a fun and motivating environment for adults 19 and up, and all fitness levels. While these sessions are not formal training, a personal trainer is available to answer quick questions and provide guidance. FREE with Fitness Center membership or visitor pass.

Registration is not required.

Activity meets Mondays and Wednesdays from 2pm to 3pm at the Frank Brown Recreation Center Strength Training area.
