TR Dance for Teens/Adults
Join us for an adaptive dance class. Let’s dance together! We will begin with stretches, then learn choreographed dance moves in a variety of styles. We will do some free dancing, and end with a cool down. At the end of our time we will hold a dress rehearsal and recital on December 1st and 8th to showcase our choreography. FREE to Therapeutic Program Participants.
