You’ll move through squats, presses, lifts, and curls with options for every fitness level — whether you’re picking up a barbell for the first time or pushing for a PR, you will see noticeable results in 4-6 weeks! Classes are limited to 20 participants due to equipment availability, so be sure to reserve your spot early. Auburn Pump works best when you attend class twice a week.
