Large Groups are defined as a group of 8 or more that arrives to use the pool during operational hours that will affect the pool-bathing load (i.e., day care groups, church groups, Boy & Girls Clubs, etc.).
The maximum number of students a group is allowed to bring is 56 at Samford Pool and 30 at Lake Wilmore Park Pool, if you have the appropriate number of chaperones.
Group bookings are available in the time slots below. If your preferred day and time is not available, you may register for the wait list here.
During this registration process, you will be paying for 1 person for each day you reserve. Once you indicate how many people are in your group, we will edit your invoice to reflect the proper amount.
