This gentle movement class incorporates elements of Tai Chi and Qigong to promote balance, flow, improved mobility, and relaxation. Participants will learn slow, intentional movements designed to support joint health, enhance posture, reduce stress, and strengthen mind–body awareness. All movements can be adapted, making the class accessible for a wide range of abilities. Comfortable clothing is recommended. FREE
About the Instructor:
Kitty Frey is an occupational therapist, certified instructor, and Master Trainer for the Tai Chi for Health Institute. She has been teaching in the community for 20 years.
