This 45minute class is designed to improve and challenge your cardiovascular fitness. The class consists of a warm up, 35 minutes of cardio exercises, followed by a cool down. The instructor will offer safe and effective impact options. The combination of energizing music, fun movements with a bit of accountability may be just what you need to fit some cardio into your day and to achieve your fitness goals.
