Ready-Move-Relax 60
Do you need accountability to take care of your body? Get moving your way! Ready-Move-Relax is a flexible, feel-good fitness class designed for … every…body! We will start together with a full-body range of motion warm-up to get your joints and muscles primed for movement — then the choice is yours. Spend 30 minutes doing what works best for you. Choose one cardio machine or try them all — or go outside for a breath of fresh air on our wide looping path, which winds around the complex and through a quiet, partially wooded section. Walk, jog, or weave in some balance exercises as you go. Build strength in the weight machine or free weight room, or head to the group fitness room to challenge your stability with balance exercises or power through some body weight calisthenics . Mix and match however you like! Your instructor, a certified personal trainer, will be on hand throughout class time to answer questions and help you make the most of your 30 minutes. When your 30 minutes are up, we come back together for a rewarding cool-down — a blend of standing and floor-based static stretching followed by a calming guided relaxation — leaving you feeling refreshed, accomplished, and ready for the rest of your day. Wear your favorite workout clothes and well-fitting athletic shoes, and bring a mat for our final stretches and relaxation. Water fountains are available, but you're welcome to bring a non-glass, spill-proof water bottle to drink whenever you like. LOW-MEDIUM-HIGH Intensity.
