Yoga with Donna
Donna teaches a fun combination of Vinyasa and Yin. We do 30 minutes of Vinyasa, 30 minutes of Yin with added meditation. We incorporate music that you want to move to and you can literally feel. Vinyasa yoga emphasizes the movement between postures, coordinated with and guided by deliberate breath. The Vinyasa practice becomes a moving meditation that creates strength, freedom, and fluidity in the body and mind. Yin Yoga is a gentle and relaxing all-level class that works deeply into the connective tissues and joints of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine and is suitable to all levels of students through extended holds of postures, usually 3-5 minutes. $10/class
Participants will be required to bring their own mat and any additional props they want to bring: Blocks, strap, bolster, blanket.
