Handwriting lessons with Occupational Therapist Taylor Belich. Taylor is an Occupational Therapist for Lee County Schools. Lessons will be tailored to the student to improve overall legibility and work on letter formation, spacing, and alignment. For older students, lessons will focus on grip and pinch strengthening, handwriting posture, proper letter formation based on the Handwriting Without Tears curriculum, letter and word spacing, letter alignment, and writing speed and consistency. For preschool aged children, lessons will focus on hand strengthening, drawing various lines and shapes, pre-handwriting skills, and learning letter formation in a fun way! Open for ages 4-12 for typically developing children and can include those with developmental disabilities. $35/person/lessonPlease confirm time slot with Taylor before registering! Lessons are offered on Thursdays but other days may be available, upon request.
