Athletes ages 9-11 and 12-15 can join Coach John Thomas at the Shoot for the Stars Academy for elite basketball training focused on skill development, fundamentals, and conditioning. This program is designed for players who are working to make their school teams, are preparing for youth league and AAU, or want to sharpen their skills with high-level training. Coach John, a 15+ years of international pro, brings global techniques to help young athletes maximize their potential! $160/month. All first-time registrants will receive a custom reversible practice jersey! These classes are limited to 10 per age group and will fill up fast! 2026 Summer Youth Shoot For The Stars All Girls Basketball Academy - All Girls Basketball Academy - AUG Tues/Thurs - Summer 2026 - JT Global
Shoot For The Stars – All Girls Academy is a weekly basketball skill development program designed specifically for girls ages 9–13. This academy provides a positive, competitive, and confidence-building environment where young female athletes can learn, grow, and develop both on and off the court. Held at Dean Road Recreation Center every Wednesday from 6:30–7:45 PM, the program focuses on teaching the fundamentals of basketball, including ball handling, shooting, footwork, passing, defense, and overall game understanding. Each session is built to help athletes improve their skills through structured training, high-quality repetitions, and game-like drills. Our goal is to help girls build confidence, develop strong habits, learn teamwork, and fall in love with the process of getting better. Players will be encouraged to compete, communicate, and support one another in an all-girls setting that promotes growth and leadership. The monthly cost is $100, which includes 4 sessions per month. Whether your daughter is new to the game or looking to take her skills to the next level, the Shoot For The Stars All Girls Academy is a great opportunity to train, improve, and be part of something special.
