**Reservation requests must be made at least one week in advance from date of reservation.**
Athletic field reservations may be scheduled up to one month in advance (this does not include tournaments). Reservations cannot exceed 5 dates per month per application without prior approval.
**Please be advised that if you owe a fee for your reservation request, you will be emailed an invoice upon approval, and it will need paid within two business days, or the reservation will be cancelled and the date removed from the calendar. You can access this invoice on your customer account.**
Fees:
a. $50.00 per play date, per field
b. $150.00/Initial Field Set-up & Lining
c. $50.00/Field for Lining/Re-lining
d. $20.00/hr./Staff Member
e. $50.00/hr./per Field for Lights |
