Reservation requests must be made at least one week in advance from date of reservation.
* Please be advised that if you owe a fee for your reservation for your request, you will be emailed an invoice upon approval, and the full balance must be paid within two business days, or the reservation will be cancelled and the date removed from the calendar. You can access this invoice on your customer account.
The rental fees for the Dean Road Conference Room are as follows:
- $40.00 per hour
- $20 per hour per Staff Member (if reservation it outside of 8am-5pm, M-F)
- $75.00 Damage Deposit. This amount is refundable after the event is over, as long as there is no damage to the rental area, trash left in the rental area, the area is left the way it was found, and all equipment provided by the facility is returned.
