- This room is directly connected to the Lake Wilmore Park Pool deck. However, pool access is not included with the rental of this room. To host a pool party, please submit a separate rental request for the Lake Wilmore Park Pool.
- This room cannot accommodate more than 20 people any parties with 20+ people will be denied. If you rent this room and there is more than 20 people that show up for your reservation you will be asked to leave and will not receive a refund.
- Reservation Request must be made at least one week in advance from date of reservation.
- All renters are required to set up and break down furniture. Please make sure to include this time in your request.
- Vendors (i.e. caterer/DJ's/rentals) must have a City of Auburn business license and are subject to approval. No inflatables are allowed in this room.
- The recreation center may be closed to the public during your reservation. You will have access to Restrooms/Locker Rooms, and Lobby however access to the Fitness Center, Walking Track, Activity Room Side A, Activity Room Side B, Catering Kitchen, and Gymnasium is not permitted.
- If you are a non-profit organization renting the facility for a non-profit event, the rental fee will be reduced by 50%. To qualify, the non-profit organization must be located in Auburn, and a copy of the 501(c)3 must be emailed to jburch@auburnalabama.org when the reservation request is made. Otherwise, the full rental fee will be due upon approval.
- All fees must be paid within 2 business days of approval, or the reservation will be cancelled.

Reservation requests must be made at least one week in advance from date of reservation.
*Please be advised that if you owe a fee for your reservation for your request, you will be emailed an invoice upon approval, and the full balance must be paid within two business days, or the reservation will be cancelled and the date removed from the calendar. You can access this invoice on your customer account.
The rental fees for the Lake Wilmore Party Room are as follows:
- $40.00 per hour for the party room alone.
- $20.00 per hour per Staff Member (if reservation is outside of 8am-5pm, M-F)
- $75.00 Damage Deposit. This amount is refundable after the event is over, as long as there is no damage to the rental area, trash left in the rental area, and the area is left the way it was found.
*Please note- You must submit a request to rent the pool, if you wish to reserve the pool for a private event outside of public swim hours. The rental rate is $150.00 per hour for both the Pool and the Party Room combined. |
