Fee Schedule
**Reservation requests must be made at least one week in advance from date of reservation.**

**Please be advised that if you owe a fee for your reservation request, you will be emailed an invoice upon approval, and it will need paid within two business days, or the reservation will be cancelled and the date removed from the calendar. You can access this invoice on your customer account.**

Gallery Two is $50 per hour.  A staffing charge of $20 per hour is required for any reservation outside of normal business hours, which are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. There is also a refundable damage deposit of $75 that is required to secure the reservation. This deposit is refundable after the event is over, as long as there is no damage to the rental area, trash left in the rental area, and the area was left the way it was found. 

The kitchenette is available for this room rental and is $25/hour.
The renter may request the use of tables/chairs at no additional charge.

Facility Rules
*Renter is responsible for set up, break down and clean up of event or program.
*If the rental is for an exhibition, the renter must protect walls from adhesives and repair holes from hanging as-needed. 
*If the rental is for studio arts, the renter must protect tables, chairs and flooring with coverings.
*Additional staffing fees will be required for assistance with track lighting for exhibitions
*If exhibition preparation is scheduled outside of normal business hours, additional rental and staffing fees will be required.
