Fee Schedule
**Reservation requests must be made at least one week in advance from date of reservation.**

**Please be advised that if you owe a fee for your reservation request, you will be emailed an invoice upon approval, and it will need paid within two business days, or the reservation will be cancelled and the date removed from the calendar.  You can access this invoice on your customer account.**

The Performance Room is $75 per hour.  A staffing charge of $20 per hour is required for any reservation outside of normal business hours, which are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. There is also a refundable damage deposit of $75 that is required to secure the reservation. This deposit is refundable after the event is over, as long as there is no damage to the rental area, trash left in the rental area, and the area was left the way it was found.

The renter may request the use of tables/chairs and the dressing rooms at no additional charge. Lighting and sound equipment are not available to the renter.  

Facility Rules
*Food and beverage are not allowed in the performance room, but can be served in the lobby/corridor.
*Rentals must be performing arts related or a special event.
*If the event is dance-related, proper shoes must be worn by all participants. 
*Tape or other adhesives on the wall or floors are prohibited.
*Renter is responsible for set up, break down and clean up of event or program.
