Total Brain Health is dedicated to empowering adults 50+ with scientifically grounded brain fitness educational programs. Established in 2015, the program delivers powerful interventions tied to the science and founded on a body, mind, spirit, and social approach for healthy aging and improved cognition. After each class, you will receive optional "homework" to take with you to engage with family and friends. This class will be taught by Amie Hardin, a registered dietitian with over 30 years experience in the nutrition and wellness area. Local doula Laura Weldon teaches a comprehensive, six-unit childbirth preparation course. Topics include:, Preparing the mind and body for birth, The process of labor and birth, Evidence-based care, How to work with your provider, Comfort measures for labor, How to support the laboring person, Essential preparation for the postpartum/newborn time, Feeding your baby, and more!, , This is a class for parents who want to be well-informed about their options. The class is designed to help prepare parents for any kind of birth, including home birth, unmedicated hospital birth, birth with an epidural, or cesarean section, with an emphasis on building skills for those who are trying for or considering a natural or low-intervention birth. Childbirth classes are qualified expenses for your medical Flexible Spending Account, and some insurance policies will reimburse for them. $350 per couple. You will receive a 100% discount for your support person when you add a second person from your household to the cart.
