TigerWings is an immersive afterschool program for Kindergarten - 6th graders, hosted at Lake Wilmore Park Recreation Center (2000 Grove Hill Road Auburn). Children walk from Ogletree Elementary to Lake Wilmore. Professional transportation is provided from Lee Scott Academy, ACC Academy, & Auburn Early Education Center (AEEC). The SilverSneakers® Fitness program is an innovative program offered through participating health plans that gives you the freedom to get fit your way™.SilverSneakers® Classic: Move through exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion, and activities for daily living. Weights, tubing and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. FREE SilverSneakers® Splash: Enjoy aquatic exercise with this shallow-water class to increase strength and cardiovascular endurance. A Splash kickboard provides resistance and flotation assistance. This class is suitable for all skill levels including non-swimmers. FREESilverSneakers® Stability: Join Elizabeth for a balance-focused workout that combines seated and standing exercises. This 45-minute class will have you feeling strong. FREESilverSneakers® Circuit: This standing class alternates upper-body strength work with low-impact cardio to maximize fitness benefits. A chair and handheld weights or tubing are recommended. FREE If you miss three classes in a row without any communication to the instructor you may be removed from the roster. TigerWings Full-Time Afterschool Program at Lake Wilmore Fall 2026 - TigerWings Afterschool Program - Fall 2026 - Tiger Wings Launch Pad
Are you looking for community, connection, and fun structured play and learning for your child after the bell rings? If so, look no further! TigerWings is an immersive afterschool program for Kindergarten - 6th graders, hosted at Lake Wilmore Park Recreation Center (2000 Grove Hill Road Auburn). Children walk from Ogletree Elementary to Lake Wilmore. Professional transportation is provided from Lee Scott Academy, ACC Academy, & Auburn Early Education Center (AEEC). All parents will be asked to download the Brightwheel app, where you will receive notifications when your child is checked in daily and checked out. This is also how parents will receive information on learning programs, pictures, and updates via text messaging. Healthy snacks will be provided daily, as well as daily pickelball, basketball, gym time, learning, enrichment and homework assistance. All children must be picked up daily by 5:30 pm.A one-time $50 registration fee will also be paid directly to TigerWings through Brightwheel.$1800 for Fall semester.
