| Usage Notes |
The pool may only be rented outside of open swim hours.
Groups of 8 or more people (including non-profit groups) are asked to schedule visits ahead of time by contacting Maura Toohey at mtoohey@auburnal.gov or 334-521-0064.
Admission is $5/person/day or FREE with an All-Inclusive Membership.
*Private rentals of the pool do not need to pay additional admissions fees. |

| Additional Rental Information |
- Reservation Request must be made at least one week in advance from date of reservation.
- All renters are required to set up and break down furniture. Please make sure to include this time in your request.
- Vendors (i.e. caterer/DJ's/rentals) must have a City of Auburn business license and are subject to approval. No inflatables are allowed in this room.
- The recreation center may be closed to the public during your reservation. You will have access to Restrooms/Locker Rooms.
- If you are a non-profit organization renting the facility for a non-profit event, the rental fee will be reduced by 50%. To qualify, the non-profit organization must be located in Auburn, and a copy of the 501(c)3 must be emailed to jburch@auburnalabama.org when the reservation request is made. Otherwise, the full rental fee will be due upon approval.
- All fees must be paid within 2 business days of approval, or the reservation will be cancelled.

| Fee Schedule |
The rental fees for the Lake Wilmore Park Pool are as follows:
- $100.00 per hour for the Pool alone with a 2 hour minimum.
- A staffing charge of $20.00 per hour per staff person is required, and the number of staff members will be determined based on the size of your party.
