Room Details
Fitness Studio 1 at Lake Wilmore is available for rental exclusively for fitness-related programs and activities. Please note that only water bottles are permitted — no other food or beverages are allowed in the studio. Fitness Studio 1 looks over Lake Wilmore Park Pool. Please note: Children under the age of 16 are not permitted upstairs at Lake Wilmore. Youth ages 16 to 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

  • Yoga Mats

Additional Information
  • Reservation Request must be made at least one week in advance from date of reservation. 
  • All renters are required to set up and break down furniture. Please make sure to include this time in your request.
  • Vendors (i.e. caterer/DJ's/rentals) must have a City of Auburn business license and are subject to approval. No inflatables are allowed in this room.
  • The recreation center may be closed to the public during your reservation. You will have access to Restrooms/Locker Rooms, and Lobby however access to the Fitness Center, Walking Track, Meeting Room, Activity Rooms, Fitness Studio 2, Catering Kitchen, and Gymnasium is not permitted.
  • If you are a non-profit organization renting the facility for a non-profit event, the rental fee will be reduced by 50%. To qualify, the non-profit organization must be located in Auburn, and a copy of the 501(c)3 must be emailed to jburch@auburnalabama.org when the reservation request is made.  Otherwise, the full rental fee will be due upon approval. 
  • All fees must be paid within 2 business days of approval, or the reservation will be cancelled. 

Fee Schedule
Reservation requests must be made at least one week in advance from date of reservation. 

* Please be advised that if you owe a fee for your reservation for your request, you will be emailed an invoice upon approval, and the full balance must be paid within two business days, or the reservation will be cancelled and the date removed from the calendar. You can access this invoice on your customer account. 

The rental fees for the Lake Wilmore Fitness Studio 1 are as follows:
  • $75.00 per hour
  • $20.00 per hour per Staff Member (if reservation is outside of 6am-6pm, M-F)
  • $75.00 Damage Deposit. This amount is refundable after the event is over, as long as there is no damage to the rental area, trash left in the rental area, and the area is left the way it was found.
