Hubert & Grace Harris Center Activity Room
The Hubert & Grace Harris Activity Room is a large room that will hold up to 80 people, depending on the set up.  It can be used to host meetings, birthday parties, showers, etc.  There is a Catering Kitchen connected to the Activity Room that is included with the rental for no additional charge.  There are 14 rectangular tables and 12 round tables, and 80 chairs available for indoor use only.  There is also a projector and sound system that can be requested for use.  **Please note that not all tables and chairs will fit in the activity room at the same time.**

Fee Schedule
**Reservation requests must be made at least one week in advance from date of reservation.**

**Please be advised that if you owe a fee for your reservation request, you will be emailed an invoice upon approval, and the full balance must be paid within two business days, or the reservation will be cancelled and the date removed from the calendar.  You can access this invoice on your customer account.**

The Activity Room (with catering kitchen) is $125 per hour.  A staffing charge of $20 per hour is required for any reservation outside of normal business hours, which are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.  A damage deposit of $75 is required - This deposit is refundable after the event is over, as long as there is no damage to the rental area, trash left in the rental area, and the area was left the way it was found.
