All-in Fitness 90 - All-in Fitness 90 - Summer 2026 Whether you're just getting started or have been active for years, All-In Fitness 90 is your daily commitment to feeling stronger, moving better, and living well. Designed specifically for adults 50 and over, this 90-minute class brings together everything your body needs — all in one session, every day. Each class begins with a range-of-motion warm-up to wake up your joints, warm up your muscles, and prepare your body to move. From there, you'll move into approximately 25 minutes of strength training using body weight and hand weights, alternating each day between balance and lower body work and then core and upper body strengthening. Next, 30 minutes of cardio intervals will get your heart pumping, lungs working, and your energy flowing. We finish every session with approximately 20 minutes of stretching designed to build the flexibility that keeps you feeling loose, mobile, and ready for whatever the day brings. Please note that some exercises require the ability to get down on and up from the floor. While minor modifications are possible, this is an active class designed for those who are ready to move. Not quite ready for the full 90 minutes every day? You're welcome to build up gradually in whatever way works best for you — whether that's coming fewer days per week at first, attending just the strength training portion some days and the cardio portion on others, or a combination of both. If you are joining the class late, please complete the range-of-motion warm-up on your own before joining in. If you leave before the end of class, we ask that you do the static stretching exercises on your own to finish safely. Exercise sheets will be available for you to use. All-In Fitness 90 is led by a certified personal trainer and built around the belief that it's never too late to get strong. Hand weights from 1 to 4 pounds are provided — just bring your own mat and water in a non-glass, spill-proof container. Space is limited so we ask that you register only if you can commit to attending on a regular and consistent basis so that every spot is put to good use. Early registration is encouraged as this class will likely fill quickly. FREE. High IntensityNOTE: If this class is full and you miss 1 week without any communication to the instructor, you will be removed so others may register. FREE. Mahjongg - COMBO Beginner American Mahjongg Class (NMJL) - Very Beginner & Next Level Beginner American Mahjongg - Summer 2026 - Jennie Lombardo This two-day American Mahjongg course includes both The (Very) Beginner and The (Next Level) Beginner classes. Jennie has played Mahjongg for over 20 years and teaches the game in thoughtful layers - using a clear, step-by-step approach that connects the game to familiar concepts. She honors the traditions and respect that make Mahjongg timeless while making the learning process approachable and accessible. You will complete 2 levels of instruction in this combination class. Week ONE - (Very) Beginner Mahjongg: This class is for you if you have never played in-person. For the very-very beginner. Class is intended to be taken one time followed by the Next Level Beginner Mahjongg class. Week TWO - (Next Level) Beginner Mahjongg: Basics learned? Good. Now let’s play. In this next-level class, Jennie coaches live gameplay in groups of four - sharpening decisions, locking in “best practice”, and building the muscle memory that makes confident play feel automatic. You’ll learn why rules matter, how “best practice” elevates your game, and start looking like a seasoned player - not a newbie. Each class is tailored because each game is unique.Fee is $70 for two lessons. Students must attend both. Individuals aged 11-15 must play with an adult. Adult must also be registered.
