If so, look no further! TigerWings is an immersive program for Kindergarten - 5th graders, hosted at Lake Wilmore Park Recreation Center (2000 Grove Hill Road Auburn). Children walk from Ogletree Elementary to Lake Wilmore. Transportation provided from Lee Scott Academy, ACC Academy, and AEEC. All parents will be asked to download the Brightwheel app, where you will receive notifications when your child is checked in daily and checked out. This is also how parents will receive information on learning programs, pictures, and updates via text messaging. Tai Chi - Tai Chi - Spring 2026 - Wander Tai Chi Tai chi is a gentle form of exercise that can help maintain strength, flexibility, and balance and could be the perfect activity for the rest of your life. A growing body of carefully conducted research is building a compelling case for tai chi as an adjunct to standard medical treatment for the prevention and rehabilitation of many conditions commonly associated with age. Tai chi is a low-impact form of exercise using stillness and smooth movement. It focuses on body positioning, balance, and relaxation. Practitioners improve their awareness of how the body moves and how posture, breathing, and relaxation work together to release tension in the body. Regular practice of tai chi increases flexibility, muscle strength, and bone mineral density. Tai chi promotes health and mobility using slow movements and intentional breathing. It can be practiced alone or with others and requires little practice space. Its movements are slow and smooth yet effective for health and self-protection. Exercises can be readily adapted to accommodate students who face challenges with movement, mobility, range of motion, or other difficulties. Instructor will discuss individual body needs with students and adjust accordingly. Spring Rates: $145/semester, or $8 per class. If so, look no further! TigerWings is an immersive program for Kindergarten - 5th graders, hosted at Lake Wilmore Park Recreation Center (2000 Grove Hill Road Auburn). Children walk from Ogletree Elementary to Lake Wilmore. Transportation provided from Lee Scott Academy, ACC Academy, and AEEC. All parents will be asked to download the Brightwheel app, where you will receive notifications when your child is checked in daily and checked out. This is also how parents will receive information on learning programs, pictures, and updates via text messaging. Healthy snacks will be provided daily, as well as learning enrichment and homework assistance. All children must be picked up daily by 5:30 pm. Tai Chi - Tai Chi - Spring 2026 - Wander Tai Chi Tai chi is a gentle form of exercise that can help maintain strength, flexibility, and balance and could be the perfect activity for the rest of your life. A growing body of carefully conducted research is building a compelling case for tai chi as an adjunct to standard medical treatment for the prevention and rehabilitation of many conditions commonly associated with age. Tai chi is a low-impact form of exercise using stillness and smooth movement. It focuses on body positioning, balance, and relaxation. Practitioners improve their awareness of how the body moves and how posture, breathing, and relaxation work together to release tension in the body. Regular practice of tai chi increases flexibility, muscle strength, and bone mineral density. Tai chi promotes health and mobility using slow movements and intentional breathing. It can be practiced alone or with others and requires little practice space. Its movements are slow and smooth yet effective for health and self-protection. Exercises can be readily adapted to accommodate students who face challenges with movement, mobility, range of motion, or other difficulties. Instructor will discuss individual body needs with students and adjust accordingly. Spring Rates: $145/semester, or $8 per class. If so, look no further! TigerWings is an immersive program for Kindergarten - 5th graders, hosted at Lake Wilmore Park Recreation Center (2000 Grove Hill Road Auburn). Children walk from Ogletree Elementary to Lake Wilmore. Transportation provided from Lee Scott Academy, ACC Academy, and AEEC. Tai Chi - Tai Chi - Spring 2026 - Wander Tai Chi Tai chi is a gentle form of exercise that can help maintain strength, flexibility, and balance and could be the perfect activity for the rest of your life. A growing body of carefully conducted research is building a compelling case for tai chi as an adjunct to standard medical treatment for the prevention and rehabilitation of many conditions commonly associated with age. Tai chi is a low-impact form of exercise using stillness and smooth movement. It focuses on body positioning, balance, and relaxation. Practitioners improve their awareness of how the body moves and how posture, breathing, and relaxation work together to release tension in the body. Regular practice of tai chi increases flexibility, muscle strength, and bone mineral density. Tai chi promotes health and mobility using slow movements and intentional breathing. It can be practiced alone or with others and requires little practice space. Its movements are slow and smooth yet effective for health and self-protection. Exercises can be readily adapted to accommodate students who face challenges with movement, mobility, range of motion, or other difficulties. Instructor will discuss individual body needs with students and adjust accordingly. Spring Rates: $145/semester, or $8 per class. Tai Chi - Tai Chi - Spring 2026 - Wander Tai Chi Tai chi is a gentle form of exercise that can help maintain strength, flexibility, and balance and could be the perfect activity for the rest of your life. A growing body of carefully conducted research is building a compelling case for tai chi as an adjunct to standard medical treatment for the prevention and rehabilitation of many conditions commonly associated with age. Tai chi is a low-impact form of exercise using stillness and smooth movement. It focuses on body positioning, balance, and relaxation. Practitioners improve their awareness of how the body moves and how posture, breathing, and relaxation work together to release tension in the body. Regular practice of tai chi increases flexibility, muscle strength, and bone mineral density. Tai chi promotes health and mobility using slow movements and intentional breathing. It can be practiced alone or with others and requires little practice space. Its movements are slow and smooth yet effective for health and self-protection. Exercises can be readily adapted to accommodate students who face challenges with movement, mobility, range of motion, or other difficulties. Group Fitness Pilates - Group Fitness Pilates - Spring 2026 This Pilates workout will strengthen the core, improve flexibility, mobility, and posture. Focusing on functional, low impact movements, it enhances muscle tone and balance without heavy weights or excessive repetitions. Core engagement, including back, hips, and thighs, is central, with optional leg, arm and shoulder exercises for a full body workout. This workout is accessible to all fitness levels; modifications will be given when appropriate. Exercises will be performed on a mat on the floor as well as standing. TigerWings Full-Time Afterschool Program at Lake Wilmore Spring 2026 - TigerWings Afterschool Program - Spring 2026 - Tiger Wings Launch Pad Are you looking for community, connection, and fun structured play and learning for your child after the bell rings? If so, look no further! TigerWings is an immersive program for Kindergarten - 5th graders, hosted at Lake Wilmore Park Recreation Center (2000 Grove Hill Road Auburn). Children walk from Ogletree Elementary to Lake Wilmore. Transportation provided from Lee Scott Academy, ACC Academy, and AEEC. All parents will be asked to download the Brightwheel app, where you will receive notifications when your child is checked in daily and checked out. This is also how parents will receive information on learning programs, pictures, and updates via text messaging. Healthy snacks will be provided daily, as well as learning enrichment and homework assistance. All children must be picked up daily by 5:30 pm. A one-time $50 registration fee will also be paid directly to TigerWings through Brightwheel.
